Denmark's King Frederik VIII commissioned the Plaza to be built in 1913 and since then the hotel has been the home away from home for many visitors in Copenhagen. The Plaza Hotel is situated in the very heart of Copenhagen's lively shopping, dining and entertainment area, just opposite the world famous Tivoli Gardens, the main Railway Station and Airport Shuttle one minute away. The main shopping area 'Strųget', theatres and cinemas are at your door step.

Hotel Bedrooms

All 93 rooms are beautifully decorated, each with a personal touch to make our guests feel comfortable and relaxed. All rooms have individual room cooling, mini-bar, cable TV, in-house video and hairdryer. Non-smoking rooms are offered.

Hotel Restaurant & Bar

Library Bar has been awarded one of the five best bars in the world by Forbes Magazine and dining in the Restaurant Plaza is also a memorable affair. Every morning a delicious Scandinavian breakfast buffet is served in the Flora Danica room.

Ideally situated right in the heart of Copenhagen adjacent to the main Rail terminal with express link to the Airport. Sigths such as Tivoli Gardens etc are being overlooked by the Hotel rooms.

By Road: Follow signs for Tivoli Gardens and Railway Station. (Hovedbanegård)
By Rail: Trains into Copenhagen Main Railway station.
By Air: Kastrup Airport 15 minutes by rail direct service.
Parking: Public car park with meters adjacent, Free at night.
